You need a diploma for most jobs in the Netherlands. Even for practical jobs. This is to ensure safety and quality. For example when you want to work in construction you need the certificate VCA Basic (https://www.vcanederland.nl/vca-cursus/vca-andere-talen/vca-english). The company can pay for this. You can pass this exam also in Arabic for example.

For the others you can first visit a MBO, HBO or University nearby to get advice. You can make an appointment with the Study advisor to find out which study suits the job best.
